The best way to figure out which kind of workout you will like, is by continuing to try new things. Doing this will prevent boredom and lack of motivation. It will also keep your body challenged, so you can continue to get positive results.
An outdoor workout that I’m looking forward to trying, as soon as the warm weather rolls around, is Plogging. Plogging is a wonderful combination of self-love and doing something nice for mother earth.
The idea is to pick up any garbage you see while out on a run. When you bend over to get the piece of trash, you can add one or more rep of any exercise. What a great way to take care of your own health, while cleaning up the neighbourhood!
