Bleary-eyed in the morning, this painting is usually one of the first things I see.
“In order to rise from its own ashes, a Phoenix first must burn.”
― Octavia Butler
Purchased in Bali, the painting’s intensity seems to convey so much. There are new secrets to discover, every time it catches my eye…
What do you see?

It looks like a tower about to topple whilst being consumed by flames 🙂

Whatever it depicts, it’s rising and blazing high, and that has to be a great start to the day.

I see the worshiper at the temple. As with every period of Worship, the unseen flames of passion for their belief. Excellent and beautiful painting. Do you own this piece?

I see a ship rising from the currents of a storm, fighting for survival. Determined to ward off the wrath of Mother Nature. Beautiful painting. My view may be persuaded in that a powerful hurricane is targeting Florida in the upcoming days. We are going to ride it out.

Wow! What a rush to wake up to that!!! It’s lovely and wild. I see a visceral eruption of the soul. First thing that came to my mind. It would likely change daily depending on my mood. As You say, I bet in every light, mood, shade and time of day it conveys something else. But it punched me in the heart in a good way right now!!! Thank You for the quote and for sharing! Cheers!!! 🙂
