Roughly two years ago the story began with this poem
Secrets will soon be revealed
As the next chapter
Is about to
Begin…
These wasted moments
I carry them with me with so much regret
Ties
Twist tied to the past
What remains leaving a film
I try to rinse away
A guilty web of poison
Weaving its disease
The most distasteful resin
A pristinely beautiful secret
That I can’t touch
Waiting
Wondering
Wanting
The peace that only you can give
Climb out even kicking and screaming
Make new while leaving everything else behind
The definition of wrong
Just now seems to fail you
It’s time to wash it all away…

This is what I would like to understand. Will begin to visit posts from two years ago. May I find the key.

Sometimes I wonder if it’s clinging to the past or fear of the future that holds us back. Either way, making a clean new start is opening up the opportunity to claim the potential that is before us.

Thank you Lloyd! Your comment made me think of one of my favorite quotes. “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.” 💗
