Hope can always be found… Finding it shapes the foundation for a better tomorrow. I’ve spent a lot of time staring out the window next to my desk. 

Focusing on something. Searching for answers. Questioning the meaning behind all the chaos. 

Luckily I have huge windows, big enough for me to stand in. Sometimes at night I stand on the window ledge enjoying how peaceful the world seems. Christmas lights which have always made me happy, bring more joy this year. A colorful trail of light brightening up the darkness. I crane my neck and find stars to share wishes with.

Keep looking for stars that sparkle even in the dark.

During desperate times when we could all use a regenerating dose of hope, a kind heart shares some love to those in need.

An anonymous angel has been placing notes on a Toronto bridge to try to stop people from jumping.

“Place your hand over your heart, can you feel it? This is called purpose. You’re alive for a reason so don’t ever give up.”
